B&B International Job Services is an American-Romanian company specialized in hospitality recruitment, consultancy and personnel training, with offices in Constanta and soon to open in Bucharest, the capital city of Romania.

B&B International Job Services was born from the entrepreneurship of two individuals who have worked in the hospitality industry for Celebrity Cruises, the premium cruise line, each for over 15 years.

For the past years they have brought their passion for the hospitality industry and they have been recruiting for international clients, including quality hotels and the luxury hospitality market.

We are a licensed crewing agency, authorized by the Romanian Naval Authority, as well as an authorized staffing agency, registered with the Romanian Labor Ministry.
