B&B International Job Services is an American-Romanian company specialized in hospitality recruitment, consultancy and personnel training and it is located in beautiful and historic Constanta, the second largest city in Romania as well as the leading port city of the Black Sea.
B&B International Job Services was born from the entrepreneurship of two individuals who have worked in the hospitality industry for Celebrity Cruises, the premium cruise line, each for over 15 years. For the past 5 years Eric Barrett and Cristina Boromiza have brought their passion for the cruise line industry and they been been recruiting for international clients, including quality hotels and the luxury hospitality market.
B&B International Job Services has organized and structured its activities to provide the applicants from Romania and Eastern Europe and most importantly our partners worldwide with information services, consulting and specialized professional training with the goal to fulfill the selection requirements, leading you to success.
CRISTINA BOROMIZA
Cristina Boromiza has over 10 years experience in the Hospitality field working with Celebrity Cruise Lines , Royal Caribbean and Festival Cruise Lines and and 5 years experience as an English and French language teacher.
Cristina started on ships with Festival Cruise Lines as a Sales Associate and was promoted to the position of Guest Relations officer. Utilizing her 5 language skills and excellence in customer service Cristina joined Celebrity Cruise Lines as International Hostess onboard the Celebrity Galaxy and Celebrity Constellation and later as a Port and Shopping Guide.
Working now as a Recruitment Manager for B&B International Job Services, Cristina has combined her love for travel and her cruise line experience and she is now recruiting and training the best candidates for the hospitality industry worldwide.Cristina has made a comittment to prove outstanding employees who will go above and beyond and to assist candidates to embark on this life changing carrer.
ERIC BARRETT
Eric has over 15 years experience in the hospitality field with Celebrity Cruise Lines and respectively 8 years active duty as a Medical Specialist with the U.S. Army.
Eric started as an A/V Technician bringing out the Celebrity Galaxy and working as a Disc Jockey, Cruise Staff, Assistant Cruise Director and to complete the circle as Cruise Director on Celebrity Galaxy and as a Port & Shopping Guide on various RCCL and Celebrity Cruise Line ships.
During his 15 years working in the cruise line industry Eric has developed a penetrating insight into the indutry and a long lasting commitment to the highest hospitality standards.
After leaving ships Eric drew from his cruise ship experience and passion for the industry to launch B&B International Job Services a hospitality recruitment, consultancy and personnel training agency and he is determined to provide cruise lines and hotels worldwide with professional candidates who will always deliver the WOW factor.
Eric's goal to make B&B International Job Services one of the leading recruitment agencies for cruise lines and luxury hotels, is becoming a reality as more and more qualified candidates are accomplishing their dreams and find a rewarding postion onboard or ashore.
WHAT WE DO?
ASSESSMENT
B&B International Job Services searches are made following specific partner requirements and can include up to twenty parameters covering personal details, qualifications, experience, language ability and many others.
Technical Competence assessment: we will perform thorough interviews with the Candidates, with stress on the detailed responsibilities and professional achievements in their present and previous jobs.
Personal Profile design: we will provide an individual portrait of the selected candidates which will include an assessment of personal aptitudes, motivating components, social abilities, adaptability and endurance to stress.
Moral Profile: as people's morality cannot be determined by either psychological investigation or any other test, we will conduct reference checks and criminal background checks.
TESTING
We evaluate the candidate, selecting the most promising applicants and closing out those not qualified. Our screening process involves the close examination of candidates' careers, skills and their suitability for the position.
TOEFL-based English proficiency tests
French, Italian, Spanish and German language proficiency tests if required
Psychological evaluation
We also provide beginners and intermediate English lessons for applicants who are not proficient enough for immediate employment.
TRAINING
Based on our 20 years experience working for a major international five-star company we have developed a high standard orientation and training program that each selected candidate will complete in order to ensure the maximum success of both candidate and client.
